Missing female, Exeter

We are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of 16-year-old Rhianna Williams who has been reported missing from the Exeter area.

Rhianna was last seen at around 5:30pm yesterday, Wednesday 17 December in Exeter.

She is described as a white female, around 5 feet 4 inches in height, with shoulder length platinum/blonde hair that she may have tied up and has glasses, last seen wearing a black puffer coat, black leggings, white socks and cream sliders.
